Case Management

Data Migration

Okay, none of us want to admit it, but the hardest part of migrating between old and new systems is dealing with out-of-date and fractured data. In addition, modern data exchange expects certain structures and standards—so data has to be converted to match these modern systems. We work with 2-1-1 data all the time, from every other vendor—we also work with banks, payment processors, government agencies, and identity managers, so we have a tremendous amount of skill and experience. We can help you get it done.
Data Exchange
The value of your data is directly linked to how easily it can be leveraged. We are, however, the only provider to offer both CSV and API Builders which can both generate and consume data. In fact, these tools can save you about $20,000, for a single data exchange project.
We include key data connections as part of your package. This includes a bridge to the National 2-1-1 Repository, and to 2-1-1 Counts. And our API builder (learn more here) lets your staff build their own API endpoints without any programming. So when a partner wants to connect to your resource data, you can make that happen with the records you select, and the fields you choose. Need more sophisticated solutions? Our engineers have the experience to do so. In fact, we currently move hundreds of millions of pieces of data between systems every week, and to date, more than $1,000,000,000 in financial assistance.
Reports & Analytics
We have diversified our offerings in this category because our customers are doing more with analytics in many different ways. Use your own solutions, or our dashboards, integrate with other data sources, and use maps for display.
First, every piece of data in every field—even the fields you create on the fly—can be exported or accessed with an API. Second, you can create menu-based reports for regular use and saved searches to call up frequently accessed information. Third, you can create specialized search forms to extract highly detailed sets of data. Fourth, you can use our new ResultsOS on-system reporting solution for amazing, realtime reporting dashboards. Fifth, you can use your own reporting platforms such as Microsoft BI, Tableau and Domo. We also work with data science partners, such as Talus Analytics for world class analysis and modeling.
